Individual sessions that are designed to focus on improvements to your game and give you personalized attention to improve your stroke.
Group Coaching
Practicing and pushing yourself alongside others is a great way to improve and we love our small group training cohorts.
Focused Training
This isn’t your typical play for fun mess around kind of coaching, we want dedicated players wanting to see results and improvement to their game! We also have a lot of fun doing it… so don’t worry!
Mental Toughness
Learning the skills of tennis is only part of the game, tennis is as much a game against yourself as it is your opponent. You have to conquer your own doubts and fears and push yourself beyond your limits!
